Osaka Bible Seminary

A Christian College was established in Osaka, Japan, in 1937. This is a Christian Education ministry existing to train preachers, pastors, evangelists, and other church workers to teach the gospel to the Japanese people. All the students are Japanese. This Seminary supplies 75% of the Christian and Churches of Christ with ministers in Japan. Paul and Rickie Clark are our contacts there. Paul used to be the director of the Seminary but nas now turned that over to Brother Akinoi-Nakano. Paul and Rickie are still very active in the life of the school.

Kulpahar Kids Home

Kulpahar Kids Home & Christian School

Kulpahar is located in northern India in the Mahoba State not far from Nepal. Many years ago two American Sisters, Leah and Molly, visited the area and were saddened by the poverty and the number of orphans they saw. The sisters started on faith and established the Kulpahar Kid’s Home & Christian School. They take in orphans, and house, feed, and educate them. Many of the graduates have gone on to Universities. The school is growing, yet they can only take on so many students due to funding limits.

OCEF Church Planters

This mission is located in South Haiti in a city called Les Cayes. The director there is Jean John Lusma. John is a Haitian who has been educated in America. This is a much smaller mission than HCM. The mission is composed of eight churches and one orphanage. The orphanage houses close to fifty children. Funding has been low and the Vernonia Church started supporting this mission about two years ago.
